Dear B. L. Gray Parents & Scholars,

I am honored and humbled to be the principal of this nationally recognized high-performing campus in Sharyland I.S.D.  I have 18 years of experience in education and 12 of those years have been here in Sharyland. My role as an educator have included being a teacher, reading interventionist, counselor and administrator.  I consider myself truly blessed to be part of such a remarkable group of faculty and staff members that truly care about the success of our scholars.

My goal is to continue the legacy of success established by BL Gray JH by continuing to build strong relationships with teachers, staff, parents, students and community partners. Our central focus will be understanding and fostering a "growth mindset" in which student success is based on learning, persistence, and hard work.  This year is going to be an amazing one as we continue to provide rigorous and relevant academic experiences for our scholars that engage them to take ownership of their own learning.
Junior high is the perfect time for students to join a wide variety of clubs and extracurricular activities, which instill life-long skills and school pride.  Please check out our homepage for more information on athletics, theatre, band, chess, dance, and U.I.L, (just to name a few) and be part of a winning tradition.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
