The
B.L. Gray Band program consists of three competing concert bands
(Honors, Symphonic, and Concert) and a combined marching band, as well
as our own Jazz Ensemble. The students perform at many events including
football games, pep rallies, concerts, parades, or special events.
The
band program at B.L. Gray has won numerous awards and according to
U.I.L. rating, we are considered to be one of the best in the Valley.
Not only do we strive to be the best musically, but we motivate our
students to be the best academically. B.L. Gray is one of the few Jr.
High "Exemplary Campuses" by TEA.
