Behavior Rules 2016-2017

The student is expected to:

1. BE ON TIME

Classroom standards begin upon entering the room; not when the bell rings. The student is responsible to know and follow the standards of behavior set forth in the student handbook, including the policy regarding tardiness to class.

2. BE READY TO LEARN

Students are to bring binder, notebook, pens, pencils, and writing paper to class each day.

3. NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED

Students are not allowed to eat in classroom nor drink any type of liquids. Water may be permissible with a doctor’s note given to the school nurse.

4. PERSONAL ELECTRONICS DEVICES

Students are permitted to use their personal electronic device when given directive by the teacher. The student must have the device on AIRPLANE MODE and use the district WI-FI internet service during the assignment. If student is off task by texting or going through any social media website, then the electronic device will be confiscated and turned in to the administrative office.

 5. RESPECT CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT

Be respectful of others and the teacher. Actions that disrupt the educational process such as belittling others and speaking out of turn are not acceptable behavior. The goal for the class is to have  a safe environment.

Absences can affect the grades, so please turn in missing assignments promptly. Parents, if there are any concerns or questions please call me at 580-5333 ext 1652, during my conference from 10:04 AM - 10:53 AM.

Students, welcome to my class. I wish you an excellent school year.

Sincerely,

Mr. Alfaro

I understand the behavior rules in the class.
